The Ray Houle Construction team took on this project and supported Friendly’s, who in the early days of our firm was a main-stay. Prior to getting into the Niche of healthcare, RHC once traveled up and down the East coast of the country building Friendly’s franchise locations.
This project however, was in our back yard and had us working in the middle of a sterile environment. Our crew demolished the testing laboratory which had not been updated since the 1950’s. Given an aggressive one month timeline, our team worked rapidly to acquire steel laboratory casework and epoxy countertops to complete the project. Overall, this was a unique yet challenging project as we had to work in the middle of a food manufacturing plant
which strict requirements for cleanliness and various other protocols had to be followed.
