This renovation consisted of the rehabilitation of an old Mill building. Some of the attributes of the mill building were kept intact for aesthetic appeal. This was approximately 4000 sf of mill space that was partitioned to create exam rooms, a business office, waiting area, conference room, and glass fitting area, and other support spaces.

This project involved fitting out the interior of a new 6000 SF shell space for a new surgical center that operates just like a hospital. All component of hospital construction were involved, medical gasses, sterile ceilings, seamless operating room floors, High efficiency HVAC systems, and much more. This project was a fast track and was completed in 75 days.
