Construction of a 40,000 square foot addition to house an auto shop, carpentry shop, landscaping shop, graphics shop, and gymnasium, as well as related classrooms. Renovation of an existing 62,000 square foot building to house many other trade programs, hairdressing, nursing, computer repair, computer aided drafting, etc. and related classrooms.

Job:
A very different metal building. After many option were explored to add a gathering space for the Mosque, it was decided that a Pre Engineered Metal building with a full basement was the most cost effective way to go. This was a challenging construction project. We were charged with keeping costs way down and also delivering a religious looking facility. There were many volunteers that helped make this a reality for the Mosque.

Job:
Convert an existing building into a new Dunkin Donuts Location. Completely transform a typical run of the mill building into the icon that we all know to be a Dunkin Donuts. These jobs are typically completed in 8 weeks or less

Kittredge Equipment

Job:
Converting an existing tooth brush manufacturing company into the new home for Kittredge Equipment. To do this conversion we expanded the loading dock area to include new retaining walls, cutting new overhead doors into the existing building and install dock levelers. We also did extebsive interior renovations to fit their needs. Reworked existing office space, created new office space along with a new show room and storage area.
